Refund policy

I offer a money back guarantee up to the first 10 minutes of our session, that either you or myself want to terminate the session. I understand that sometimes a psychic intuitive and client may not be compatible. Therefore it is required on your part that you let me know if you wish to continue the session or discontinue after the 5 – 10 minutes, otherwise you will be charged for the full session. If for another reason you feel your session was unsatisfactory, please email us within 72 hours and give details such as date, and reason why you felt your experience was so.  If our investigation reveals an unsatisfactory service experience, we may credit your account either fully or partially by providing you with substitute minutes or a refund to your credit card. The method in which GADA JANE INTUITIVE provides redress, if at all, is at our sole discretion.
